Surface preparation ranges from surface cleaning and removal of detritus to varying degrees of aggregate exposure.

Advantages over percussive methods include:

• Eliminates the exposure to hand-arm vibration.
• No microcracking within the structure caused by percussive methods. This can lead to shattered surface aggregate.
• Promotes enhanced bond.
• No dust created.
• Better working environment for operatives.
• Removes surface contaminants.

Utilising fan jets, or single/multiple spinning jet attached to handheld or robotic equipment.

Pressures, flow rates and nozzle configuration can be adjusted to achieve the required finish.
